I was in the market for a new vehicle and having a hard time trying to decide what to get. After months of researching my options I went out and started to test drive my top picks. I stopped into Mercedes of boise for some test drives. One thing that annoys me while car shopping is being bum rushed by multiple salesmen trying to sell me a car I don’t want. When I arrived I had time to look around before Scott Reed came to me asking me what I was looking for. This book wasn’t judged by his cover when I said what I was looking for which has been an issue in some places. They were professional and I could not of asked for better treatment. Everyone there from the manager, salesman, to the finance personnel were all very nice and friendly. Scott Reed offered me a deal that I could no longer turn down. After a month of owning a 2018 CLA AMG I am still getting calls making sure I’m still happy with my car. I would highly recommend giving them a visit if you're in the market. I plan on visiting Mercedes of Boise for future purchases.

This Mercedes-Benz dealership and service department are top-notch. Despite not having an appointment, Skyler and crew were able to squeeze me in during the middle of a road trip and get me back on the road within 3 hours. Exceptionally accommodating, professional, and worth every cent. As a very critical consumer, I highly recommend them.

I want to say this is an amazing place. First of all, we were from out of town and needed to get in immediately. We called and made an appointment because we had driven over a tree stump on a hiking trailand bent the pan underneath. We were sure it was going to cost a lot of money to fix. Jackson Adams was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He told us it did absolutely no damage to the oil pan and it was all cosmetic but if we wanted to fix it, they would. At this Mercedes-Benz they washed our car and also filled our windshield wiper fluid; we asked them to do that for us. When it was time to pay the bill they charged us nothing. I'm not kidding, nothing! Not only that, but they made us feel so special. Before leaving they offered if we were ever in need of some Mercedes-Benz advice, even though we live in San Diego, not to hesitate to call. It's businesses like this and people like Jackson Adams that makes me proud to be a Mercedes-Benz owner.

Great service!The few times I had to deal with repairs or services on my car the customer service was amazing. Skylar handled everything, didn’t have to worry about a thing.I had an engine light come on as I was driving within the vicinity of their location. Stopped by to have it checked out. Turned out to be something bigger than expected. Skylar organized a loaner car, got the car in the shop right away and even handled the third party warranty. Couple days later I was able to pick my car back up. The total amount of time spent at the dealership was less than 30 minutes between drop off and pickup.Never had better service, keep it up guys!!

Don't know where to begin to express my appreciation and praise for the staff at MB Boise. I traveled from Northern WA state to Boise and had a strange problem with my E63s sedan. First, Kristi worked to get me in right away because of the nature of the problem. Then, service advisor Skyler picked up the ball and went over everything the car was doing. Next, Michael the tech went on a test drive with me, listened to everything I said carefully (we all know that doesn't always happen) then carefully went through the car to find the problem. Absolutely fantastic. Great people and great processes. Thank you.

I just purchased my 4th new MB of Boise. Shaun is great to work with! He’s extremely helpful, knowledgeable, funny, and nice. I’ve only had a great experience with sales and with service...even when it was below zero and needed air in my tire...I pulled in and they took car of me on the spot. Never any problem having them accommodate my schedule or provide a loaner car.
