Our brand new 1 month old Mercedes Entegra Condor died 3 times on our trip from Reno to Whitefish, Montana. We pulled into the service lane unannounced around noon on the Friday before the July 4th long weekend after our Sprinter developed worsening engine hesitation while exploring the Sawtooth Mountains.
James, the service advisor on duty, was completely unfazed. He worked closely with Caleb, the Sprinter technician, who quickly diagnosed the issue as a carboned-up EGR valve. Caleb not only cleaned the EGR but also found time to replace some leaking oil gaskets and complete a full transmission service.

We were unfortunate that our sprinter van broken down. Fortunately we were only minutes from the dealership. We had it towed to the service department. It was a Sunday and they were closed. So we slept in the camper van. Monday I spoke with Jackson at the service dept. He had the problem diagnosed and overnighted the part needed for the repair. On Tuesday he had us back on the road. The repairs were covered under warranty so, there was no charge to us. A big thank you to Mercedes-Benz of Boise!

They are the busiest and only certified Sprinter service center for a large area.
