Recently, my husband and I borrowed a 2014 Mercedes RV and headed out for our honeymoon in the Tetons and Yellowstone. We made an (unscheduled) emergency-stop at Mercedes-Benz Boise after warning lights appeared. Within two hours of our arrival, Cameron and his team had run a diagnostic, giving us a sense of what our issues were.Parts had to be ordered so it took a couple of days but the entire team was incredibly welcoming and kind. They had us back on the road in almost 48 hours. We felt very taken care of and were mainly impressed with Cameron who handled our repairs. He was incredibly professional and sensitive to our situation, understanding that each day was precious on this special trip. We highly recommend the service department and its team members. Good job and thank you so much for getting us on the road so quickly.

Elliot (the sales consultant) continues to take care of our needs post-sale. He is proffessional, considerate and knowledgeable. Everybody at the dealership is very friendly. Travis (the GM) runs an outstanding operation there, his work ethics are second-to-none. A great team of respectful professionals!
These guys do not really care. They do not do what they say they are going to do. They are not helpful. A mercedes dealer is supposed to take care of us. These guys did not. They did not return our calls, they did not offer to help us out when we were in a tight spot after our car broke down 1000 miles from home. They only continued to give us a hard time and use delaying tactics to discourage us from doing business with them. I believe they do not understand that they are representing the entire brand of Mercedes every time they interact with a customer. They appear to only be interested in giving good service to locals. They did not cooperate with my local dealer in portland, they did not cooperate with my local mechanic. It was completely unacceptable.phase 2. thanks Chris. I did have my wife call you. she says that you "do not know who she is or why she is calling, and you will call her back" Seriously? its a GL350 in your shop with a blown turbo. This is so disappointing.phase 3. After a frank conversation, we did arrive at a meeting of the minds. Usually when things go wrong, it is a confluence of events that lead to a larger failure. That was the case here, a series of misunderstandings, and and suboptimal interactions. They do want to help.
